I have a vision! I believe God wants us to love others so much that we go to extremes to help them. I believe He wants us to be known for giving of our time, our money, and our abilities. In so doing we may touch some lives and change the reputation of "the church".
I can't really imagine devoting my life to a greater vision.
Mission/Vision
United Wesleyan Church affirms it's belief that Jesus Christ's death, on the Cross of Calvary, provided entry into a new covenant relationship for all persons, whereby we might be saved from our sins, and find holiness in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We are enabled to live daily consistent faith filled lives.
It is our mission to model such Christian living in our world, so others will see his likeness in us, and desire to seek salvation, as well as sanctification in their own lives.
We will provide an open door of faith, love and acceptance for all people, accepting them as our Lord would, providing for their spiritual well being. In doing so we will lift the face of all people, and point the way to the cross and to heaven. The mission of this church shall provide an all-inclusive saving Gospel message, and a plan for all people with the leading and help of our Lord Jesus Christ.
